It was a little bit of a surprise this weekend when an old friend of mine paid me back the six thousand rand I'd loaned him for buying a scooter a year ago!
Naturally the sheer weight of so much money in my pocket - I tend to use a debit card - so I sat down for about two hours and thought about what I should do with it and I decided I'b by myself a small Asus, one of those Eee Pc's.
And so here I am the happy owner of one small white computer on which I can do all my work. *yeah*
Although I'll admit I've hit a big bump with my work on Space Age, I can now use the little computer as a DMing screen for D&D.

Although my dad was a little upset that I spent four grand on a small computer for myself rather then something else, he quickly got over it when he saw the utility of the little computer.
So score one for the little lion guy!
